Sciatica Stretching and pain relief

These should be done at least 3 times a day.
These are a few stretches that help relive the pain of siatica and the problems associated with it. Its an awful problem where there is not a lot the individual can do. Take pain killers, anti inflammatories, stretching, operation or all of the above. Oparations for siatica are not always 100% successful and sometimes can make siatica worse. With these lower back and piriformis stretches you can expect to have some relief and over time possibly gone altogether.
Great stretches for siatica problems and they worked for me. I wish you a speedy recovery. – FD
